The Ruby Hall Memorial Scholarship Fund offers college scholarships to students with financial need who display academic excellence, strong citizenship and character, and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to society.

MEET RUBY HALL

Ruby Hall was born to Thomas and Maude Richardsonon the 15th of March, 1906, in Bloomfield Arkansas. She attended 8 yrs. of school, in Bloomfield, Akansas, but was mostly self taught. At the age of 19, she met and married John Hall, a dashing W.W.I veteran, nine years her senior.
